Mission #16, Day 3--Leopard, Stripes and Polka Dots

One way to mix patterns for Mission Week is to just pile a bunch on there.  Go big or go home, amiright?

We discussed this yesterday and the day before, but the best rule of thumb to look chic as opposed to clown-ish is to stick with a neutral color palette--like this black, white and brown.

Also, if you are going to pattern mix to the max, you might want to stick to really simple accessories, if any at all.  Here, I went with simple black kitten heels, simple earrings and sunglasses.

For my pictures, I found an old abandoned drive-thru, located by our local "mall".  The "mall" has been vacant as hell forEVer.  Food court-gone.  Most stores-gone.  Nearby restaurants-going extinct by the month.

But the good news is that Rockin Robin's, aka the best consignment shop in Northern Colorado, is trying to breath some life into this desolate place.  So if you're in the area, go check her out!  She even posts her new incoming clothes via her website, updated every Thursday.
