Bio

Frannie is not my name.  It is a nickname given to me when I worked retail.  I refused to put my real name on my mandatory name tag because my real name triggers an onslaught of clever remarks. 

Love More is the way that we say hello, goodbye, thank you, you're welcome and I love you in my family. It is followed by giving each other what we call "the finger" (take your pointer finger, point it and then bend it in and out).  Great words to live by.  And yes, we're a stone cold pack of weirdos.  

I am a very proud mama of four: Kaden is 14, Conner is 10, Brielle is 8 and Reilly is 1.  And . . .

On November 12, 2011 I got engaged to the love of my life, Patrick.  And . . .

On September 8, 2012 we were married. 

We live in Colorado (aka "the Square State") where it is breath takingly beautiful, sometimes bone chilling cold, painfully average and full of hippies.  It could be worse . . . 

I am the luckiest person in the world to be surrounded by lovely, funny, loyal and supportive family.  The collage above really doesn't do justice to the amount of love that I have in my life. 

This is where I work.  I am a family law paralegal in Boulder.  I love my job and I work with amazing people.

I have two passions (other than my family, of course) in life.  One is fashion and the other is . . .

My shopping M.O.?  Thrifty, thrifty, thrifty.  I would say that 33% of my clothes are thrifted, 33% are gifted and 33% are clearance rack finds.  The other 1% are carefully thought over "must have" purchases.

Aaaaaaand like any other girl, I have too many clothes, but nothing to wear.  Which is why I'm here.  Thanks for your interest in taking this journey with me in my closet and out.
