I Hate You Mercury, That's Why I Drive a Saturn

I was informed today by my mother the reason why I have experienced such random mishaps in my life as of late.  People, mercury is in retrograde.  This must be why all my electronics quit working, why Patrick left with my keys and why no one noticed I was wearing two different shoes.

My mom told me this because she accidentally left her keys in the back of her boyfriend's car.  And then he went home.  To Colorado Springs.  Which is a two hour drive from where we live.  So I had to give her a ride home after work.  

I was so incredibly busy at work today.  Which is great.  I would much rather be busy than slow.  But, again, that's why I blame mercury.  Getting people all worked up.  

This phenom does not end until the 26th.  I wonder if my CD player will come back to life on the 27th.  If it does, I will forgive Mercury.  But until then, I bite my thumb at you Mercury!

PS-Peggy told me toward the end of the day that you could see my underware through this skirt.  I was wearing a leopard print thong.  I had a picture of this to prove it.  Tried to post it for your enjoyment, but my Blogger is acting up.  Go figures.  Effing Mercury.
