Peggy told me today that I am wearing a "Don't F*ck With Me" outfit.  "Really?"  "Yeah, you have your spiked bracelets, your black heels, you're wearing black and red . . ."

It must have been so because Daryl was basically telling the new associate that I was a bad ass and don't let people mess with me.   Don't know where that came from, but I guess it might have come from the outfit . . .

Instantly after Peggy's comment, I believed her.  I got an extra pop in my step.  I continued this trend right into the grocery store. 

Since I've been confined to my IPod in my car for music, I've been toting that sucker everywhere I go.  Ah, just like the old days.  My IPod used to go everywhere with me but the shower.  

Anyway, back to the story with the grocery store, I wore my earbuds were in while I strolled in the store to the likes of "Spice Up Your Life" and "Shake Your Bon Bon".  I shimmed my ass right down the aisles without a care in the world.  Daring people to stare. 

Ladies, I'm gonna tell you a secret I  learned today.  If you have some insecurities about taking outdoor outfit shots, wear your IPod.  I am telling you, it is amazing.  Not only do you drown out other people and cars driving by and weirdos staring or trying to ask you what you are doing, but it gives you a little tude.  I mean, how can you not be confident listening to "How Low" by Ludacris posing for photos?
