Pink Blush Maternity and a GIVEAWAY!!
I have a secret. You know how some women have that cute little baby bump belly when they get pregnant? Like all they really get is that cute little belly? That has never been me. When I get pregnant, I get pregnant eeeeeeeeveryyyyywhere--hips, thighs, face, belly. Nothing is spared.
That has always kept me quite self-conscious about my body during pregnancy. I always gain a ton of weight and this time has been no different even though I could only basically eat yogurt for the first ten weeks due to severe nausea and I have been really watching what I eat--sticking to salads and veggie subs and yogurt and fruit for the most part.
Not only that, but y'all know how I am a frugal shopper. So not only is it hard to find something flattering to wear whilest pregnant, but I don't like dishing out the super inflated prices that women no longer able to fit in much else are doomed to pay for maternity clothes. So I try to stick with my regular clothes plus a few basics.
Fortunately for me, however, I was contacted by Pink Blush Maternity. I was intrigued from the get-go of browsing some maternity clothing, but even more so when I actually ventured their site! There are soooooo many trendy maternity clothes and, here's the best part, all at very affordable prices! Seriously, go look around if you are expecting. You will not be disappointed. Especially if you are like me and ready for some cute maternity clothes. I did not feel anything less than fabulous in this dress (in fact, that is the exact phrase some other random mother said to me in the grocery store in this outfit). It was comfy, classy and I'm sure the dress can be dressed up as well as dressed down, like I did here.
Here's something even better, they are offering a $25 gift certificate to one lucky reader! This would basically pay for almost a whole piece of clothing from their site. Not only is this a great opportunity for those expecting, but with Christmas around the corner, it would be a great gift if you know someone who is (and is it just me right now or does it seem like everyone is preggers?). So here's how to enter (and it's really stupid easy):
For a Mandatory Entry:
2. Leave me a comment that you have done so
aaaaaand that's it. BUT, you can gain extra entries by doing the following:
1. Like Pink Blush on Facebook
2. Follow Pink Blush on Pinterest and re-pin an item

Please leave an additional comment for each entry. Unfortunately, if you have won a Pink Blush gift card or hosted a Pink Blush giveaway in the last six months, you are not eligible. The winner will be selected at random on December 10, 2013. Good luck!

Your red jacket is awesome and the wide leg sailor pants....awesome-r! I love this look.
I love thrifting. About 80 to 85% of what I own was thrifted. My sis doesn't like thrifting for all the reasons you mentioned but me, I don't mind at all for all the good reasons you've also pointed out. Friends see my wardrobe and think that I have a lot of money to throw away on clothes. I know I don't.
The good thing about thrifting here is that the clothes come from different parts of the world, mostly Asian brands and most of the quality is great.

Serious bragging rights you've got there, Frannie! State Senator! Wow! Kudos to Conner!
Now I've seen a lovely way to style my brown skirt. Cute look.
I wish I knew suggestions to give about Kaden. I'm sorry that I don't.

I understand its good to be responsible about spending money, but when a Giorgio Armani item is that dirt cheap you'll be needing jail to keep me from getting them. Looooove your dress; all the pockets and buttons! it's so fab with the leo shoes.

Love your relaxed look. Acceptance of people from a different culture, ethics, sexuality, color, e.t.c is something a lot of people (myself inclusive) need to learn. I think that it's an individual thing. And is a pointer to how open-minded and humane someone truly is. I think that at first there is the shock to overcome and then if someone is open-minded they become accepting of the other person.
I must confess I did wonder about some of your work outfits, but you're lucky τ̲̅☺ have such relaxed dress code at work. I like the occasional power suit myself but on the regular I don't. Cute monochrome look. Love your necklace.
